This itch.io edition is a free, standalone 10-season demo. Start the game on this page. No Google login or payment card is needed. The game interface supports 日本語, English, Deutsch, Français, Español, Português (Brasil), Italiano, 简体中文, ไทย; change it in the settings menu.
Meet Mirai
I'm Mirai, the original fictional club-management assistant! I introduce the systems and explain the numbers. You decide whether a costly veteran is worth the annual wage bill, whether to accept an offer for a starter, or whether to invest in youth and facilities.
What makes the decisions interesting?
- Compare ability, age, annual wages, transfer fees, career history and the scout's written assessment.
- Simulate a season, then analyse the league table, appearances, goals, assists, ratings and club finances.
- Follow player careers across all domestic and overseas clubs, including what happens after you sell a player.
- Begin in Japan's first, second or third division. Meeting the requirements can unlock entry of your club into another country's league, or acquisition and management of overseas clubs. These are different systems. Lower-tier destinations are possible; a Tier 1 title is a long-term ambition.
Overseas systems have requirements; access within the ten-season demo is not guaranteed. Clubs and players are fictional.
Your first season
- Pick a club and one player already in your squad.
- Check ability and annual wages. Recruiting is optional; unsuccessful negotiations do not stop you from playing with your current squad.
- Start the season, compare your player's appearances, goals and rating, then decide what to change next year.
Demo limit and saves
Each club save allows ten completed seasons. At the limit, further progress stops and the records remain readable. Nothing automatically charges you. Saves stay in this demo's browser storage; clearing its site data may erase them.
This hosted demo and the official Web service have separate saves; no automatic transfer or synchronization. The official Web service is optional and separate: Google login and 500 Japanese yen (JPY) per month, tax included, renewing monthly until cancelled. An active subscription there allows unlimited seasons in that service. It does not unlock this demo's save.
